Our vision of recovery is that of a journey unique to the
individual. It is about developing roles and responsibilities
and fulfilling potential beyond mental illness.
Our purpose is to provide support for individuals in the
last stage of this journey offering them a secure base,
supportive relationships, social inclusion, empowerment
and the development of coping strategies.
We believe that all our service users are people capable
of progress and development and we are committed to
their rights for privacy, dignity, choice, fulfilment and
independence. We believe in working with our service users
in equal partnership not making them passive recipients
of care by doing things to them.
